This book chronicles the first year of my photography. At least, the first year where it was taken seriously. I've had a camera for a long time, but like most people its been used to capture snapshots here and there.

I'd like to think that this books shows the changes in my style and approach to this art form. I'd also like to think that the improvements are visible to the reader.

I have included a sample of what I consider my best work over the year 2009. For each photograph I have included a few paragraphs detailing something about the image, why I took it, what I was aiming for and maybe what I'd do differently.
