Acerca del libro
ART LOVER focus on the interactions between
visitors, space and art occurring in the Turbine Hall [Tate Modern, London].
The blurreal technique suggests a link between the building’s purpose in the past as a power station and it’s current function as an art gallery. A parallel seems to emerge from the energy generated by the people and their actions within a creative environment.
This body of work showcases a visual research on the “infamous” long shutter speed technique and explores the possibilities of a traditional process combined with creative movement interventions.
The indefinite results reflect the fast paced times of the 21st century while iridescent colors translate the visual amalgam and rising of the digital era. It’s an interactive technique that appears to infuse photography with [e]motional and dimensional depth, without making use of digital manipulation.
