Art Deco was a popular international art design movement from 1925 until the 1940's. At the time, this style was seen as elegant, glamorous, functional and modern.
This book documents just some of the Art Deco architecture that makes Sth. Beach Miami such a cool place. A place where time has stood still.
This is Miami Art Deco 2009.

The colors and composition of these photos has a tropical energy that enhances the fifties/sixties feel of Cuban presence. Very stimulating work.
