Books on Taijiquan tend to fall into one of two categories, those which aim to teach a particular form and those which aim to impart general principles.... this book belongs definitely to the second category.
It makes for a very interesting read...the type of book that you'll read and re-read. Whilst it focuses on the development of Chen style Taiji it will also be of interest to followers of other styles who wish to see their art in an historical context. Recommended!
