Sasha Dorje Meyerowitz makes medium format photographs primarily in the San Luis Valley of Southern Colorado, where the vast spaces and great drama of light provoke wonder. This subjective experience of appreciation is the basis of all his photographs, and this looking out without trying to fabricate a special 'style' is a theme of all his work, wherever he's been fortunate to photograph.
